Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refund to a client against the paid subscription on account of the Suo, Duo or Trio Plans would arise in the following eventualities:

(a) Non-fulfillment of the Company’s obligation to plant a teak sapling in its forest/farm within a reasonable time period.

(b) Failure of the Company to properly irrigate and maintain the teak sapling as specified in the Terms of Service Agreement.

(c) Failure of the Company to deliver a grown teak tree to the Buyer within the twelve-year period as agreed.

To initiate a refund claim, the Buyer must provide a written notice to the Company specifying the reason for the refund request. The Company will review the refund claim and make a determination on the eligibility of the refund within a reasonable time period. If the refund claim is deemed eligible, the Company will refund the payment amount to the Buyer through the original payment method used, or by any other mutually agreed-upon method.

Force Majeure

Force majeure events refer to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control that may prevent or delay the fulfillment of its obligations. These events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, and labor disputes. In the event of a force majeure event, the Company’s obligations to plant, irrigate, maintain, and deliver the teak tree(s) may be temporarily suspended or delayed. If a force majeure event occurs, the Company will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume its obligations as soon as reasonably possible. However, the Company will not be held liable for any delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events.

No Refunds Due to Force Majeure:

In the case of force majeure events that impact the Company’s ability to fulfill its obligations, including planting, irrigation, maintenance, or delivery of the teak tree(s), no refunds will be provided for the payment made by the Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges that force majeure events are beyond the control of the Company, and the Company will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from such events.

Amendment or Termination:

The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes will not affect the refund claims submitted before the effective date of the amendments or termination. By participating in the teak sapling program, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
